摘要
随着人力资本在企业中作用的增强,人力资本投资成为企业保持竞争力的重要保障。本文运用博弈的分析方法分析了企业中人力资本与物质资本的关系、人力资本投资费用的分担、人力资本投资的风险与收益3个方面问题,并得出相关结论。
With the enhancement on funtion in enterprises of the human capita ,the investment of human capital becomes important guarantee that enterprises keep the competitiveness.This thesis uses the game analysis to analyse three issue：the relation between human capital and physical capital in enterprises;share in the cost of investment of human capital ;the risk and income of investment of human capital.Then it gives the relevant conclusions.
