摘要
西方经济学界对供给管理与需求管理的地位问题存在长期的争论。通过对萨伊定律及其历史演变过程的述评,说明萨伊定律及其包含的供给决定和供给管理思想在西方经济学史上曾一度占据着主导地位,并产生了广泛的影响。但萨伊定律也备受争议,尤其受到强调需求管理理论的学者的反驳,致使萨伊定律的历史地位几经变迁。结合西方国家及我国的经济实践,对宏观调控中的供给管理和需求管理进行了重新的思考。
There is a long- term argument between supply - side theories and demand - side meones in the history of western economics. This paper reviews Say＇s Law and the transition of its historical position, and finds that Say＇ s Law and its theory emphasizing supply once had a predominant role in western economics, but it has also been disputed by other economic theories, especially the theories emphasizing demand, which has led to several changes of the historical position of Say＇ s Law. Based on the economic practice in western countries and in China, this paper gives a consideration on supply management and demand management in the macro- control system afresh.
