摘要
编辑作为一种精神生产劳动者,是组织、审读、挑选和加工作品使之适合流传的再创造活动,编辑活动总是在文化范畴内进行的,是人类重要的文化活动之一。编辑活动离不开文化,文化在编辑的活动中得以发展。在编辑活动过程中,编辑通过对文化的选择、组构、传播、积累,实现对社会文化创造性的贡献,从而使人类文化不断深化与进步。
As an intellectual worker, the editor organizes, proofreads, and selects articles so that they are qualified to be published. An editor＇ s work is a very important cultural activity. An editor＇ s work centers around the culture, and the culture will be continuously developed through an editor＇s work. To be more exact, the culture will be continuously developed through the contributions to the culture made by an editor during his selecting,organizing, distributing and accumulating of the culture.
