摘要
本文通过从美国、欧盟等发达国家的高等教育国际化进程中探寻其特点、经验及发展战略,为我国的高等教育国际化进程提供了借鉴与启示。
This article analyzed the approaches, experiences and developing strategies in achieving higher education internationalization of the United States and the European Union. It also provided some references and enlightenment to China＇s Higher Education＇s Internationalization.
