摘要
测试了Nd∶YVO4和Nd∶YLiF4晶体的吸收谱和荧光谱,并根据JuddOfelt理论计算了Nd3+离子在YVO4、YLiF4和YAG晶体中的唯象强度参数Ω2、Ω4、Ω6,利用这些值计算了振子强度fJ′,荧光寿命τJ,荧光分支比βJ′和辐射截面σe等光谱参数。从速率方程计算了Nd3+离子这三种晶体中的最佳掺杂浓度。论述了YVO4和YLiF4作为基质晶体的优点。
The absorption and fluorescence spectra of Nd∶YVO 4 and Nd∶YLiF 4 were measured,and the phenomenological intensity parameters Ω t(t =2,4,6) of Nd 3+ ions in YVO 4,YLiF 4 and YAG crystals were calculated on the basis of Judd Ofelt theory.The spectral characteristic parameters on oscillator strengths f JJ′ ,fluorescence lifetimes τ ,fluorescence branching rations β JJ′ and stimulated emissive transition cross sections σ e were calculated.The optimum doped relative concentrations of Nd 3+ ions in these crystals were obtained from kinetic equations.Advantages of YVO 4 and YLiF 4 as laser host crystals were discussed.
