摘要
目的观察无乳糖奶粉对婴儿秋季腹泻的辅助治疗作用。方法80例秋季腹泻婴儿随机分为正常饮食组、单纯无乳糖饮食组和无乳糖奶粉喂养组。三组应用相同的抗病毒、补液、思密达和对症支持等治疗,正常饮食组给予普通婴儿饮食;单纯无乳糖饮食组实行无乳糖饮食但不添加无乳糖奶粉;无乳糖奶粉喂养组在单纯无乳糖饮食组的基础上添加无乳糖奶粉喂养。结果单纯无乳糖饮食组和无乳糖奶粉喂养组较正常饮食组病程明显缩短(P<0.05),单纯无乳糖饮食组与无乳糖奶粉喂养组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);无乳糖奶粉喂养组营养状况显著优于单纯无乳糖饮食组(P<0.05)。结论无乳糖奶粉喂养在缩短婴儿秋季腹泻的病程,改善营养状况方面具有一定辅助治疗作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of lactose-free formula in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods 80 infants with autumn diarrhea were divided into 3 groups randomly, normal diet, simple lactose-free diet and lactose-free formula groups. All infants were treated with antiviral drugs, redehydration, smecta and supportive treatment. The group with normal diet was given with normal infantile diet, the group with simple lactose-free diet was given with lactose-free diet and without lactose-free formula, and the group with lactose-free formula was added lactose-free formula on the base with lactose-free diet. Result The course of the disease in groups of simple lactose-free diet and lactose-free formula was significantly shorter than in group of normal diet（P〈0.05 ） ; but there was no significantly difference between the group of simple lactose-free diet and lactose-free formula （P〉0.05）. The nutrition condition in the group of lactose-free formula was significantly better than in the group of simple lactose-free diet. Conclusion Lactose-free formula could reduce the course of the disease and improve the nutrition condition in treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea.
