摘要
目的探讨集装箱储存场站的管理模式,为集装箱及所装载货物实施科学、有效检疫查验提供参考。方法分析现有集装箱场站检验监督管理的不足。结果按照国家质量监督检验检疫总局提出的“提速、减负、增效和严密监管”的大通关目标,建立新的集装箱场站模式。结论集装箱场站实施登记备案与分类管理模式是新形势下提高集装箱场站监管效能的重要措施,也是新形势下严格把关与优质服务的必然要求。
Objective To discuss the management mode of container storage station, in order to offer some reference concerning the implementation of scientific and effective inspection and quarantine for the containers and the goods. Methods To analyse the deficiency of the existing container storage station inspection and supervision management. Results Based on the objective of ＂speeding up/decreasing the burden/increasing the efficiency/strict the supervision＂ put forward by the AQSIQ, establishing a new management mode of container storage station. Conclusion The implementation of new management mode in the container storage station is an important measure concerning the improvement of supervision efficiency in the container storage station, also a necessary requirement of ＂checking and servicing＂ in the new era.
