摘要
改革开放以来,我国村镇供水的发展取得了很大成绩,但也存在着滞后于经济发展水平、饮水不安全、缺少水质检测体系和工程管理不规范等问题。实施村镇供水单位资质管理,发展适度规模的集中供水工程,是保障农村居民饮水安全的有效途径。
Township water supply has made great achievement since the reform and opening up of China. However, water development is lagging behind by economic development, Which result in the problems of unsafe drinking water, lack of water quality testing and monitoring system and unsystematic project management. Therefore, implementing township qualification management for rural water supply and centralizing water supply system in an appropriate scale are the effective means of safeguarding drinking water safety of rural residents.
