摘要
本文以稀土金属氧化物(盐)为催化剂,催化工业双戊烯与顺丁烯二酸酥连续进行异构/Diels-Alder反应,合成出萜烯/马来酸酐加成物;用气相色谱法跟踪研究了反应的进程,并模拟了反应的动力学方程,鉴定了主产物的结构.结果表明反应条件温和、易于控制;产物得率高,纯度好;动力学方程的拟合精度高,平均相对误差小于1.5%;产物中绝大部分是正常的双烯加成物。
The terpene-maleic anhydride adduct is synthesized, some rare earth okides (or salts) as caalysts,with dipentene and maleic anhydride by catalyzed isomerization/ the-Alder reaction. The processesof the synthesis, the structure of the main component are studied. The kinetics equations are alsoestablished by means of regressing simulation method. The asults obtained from the experinds showthat the conditions of the synthesis is moderate; the yield is high, the purity of the adduct is over90%; the average simulation erer of the kineis equation is bo than 1.5%; and the main product isregular Diels-Alder adduct.
