摘要
根据对自行车行业普遍使用的二种静电喷涂设备性能及静电涂装工艺参数的分析,提出了设备安装及吊具设计中应注意的有关问题。通过对自行车静电涂装常用溶剂性能及其对漆液电阻等施工性能影响的试验,提出了适用于静电涂装的溶剂的选择方法,同时总结了常用极性溶剂在调整漆液电阻时的用量范围。文中提出了一种比较溶剂表面张力大小的简易方法。
Points for attention during the installation of equipment and design of racking tool are given, according to the analyses of the performance of the two electrostatic painting facilities and the technological parameters of electrostatic painting commonly used in bicycal industry. The methods for choosing solvents for electrostatic painting are proporsed after the tests on properties of solvents commonly used in electostatic painting of bicycles and the influence of the solvents on paints resistance etc. The application quantity of the polar solvents commonly used for adjusting paints resistance is summarized. A simple method for comparing surface tension is suggested.
