摘要
比较系统地阐述和分析了金属注射成形(MIM)在粉末冶金学科中的发展过程,特别是近年来这一领域发展起来的高技术、新概念的特点。分析了它们对MIM产业化进程的影响。
The developments of metal injection molding (MIM) in pow-
der metallurgy discipline are reviewed and analysited. The attention is paid to new concepts about high techniques develped in recent years. The effects of these con-cepts on the MIM industrialization are discussed. The results show that the new generation MIM process is maturing, which is characte-rized by its inexpensive raw materials, quick debinding and high product quality.
