摘要
目的:制备鱼丙涂剂并建立质量控制方法。方法:以丙酸睾酮为主药制备鱼丙涂剂,采用高效液相色谱法测定鱼丙涂剂中丙酸睾酮的含量。结果:丙酸睾酮的平均回收率为98.5%,RSD为0.55%。结论:该制剂工艺简便易行,其质量控制方法简单、快速、准确。
Objetive ：To prepare Yubing paints codliver oil and testosterone paints and establish its quality control.Methods ：Yubing paints was prepared with testosterone as its main components.The contents of testosterone in Yubing paints was determined by HPLC.Results：The average recovery of testosterone was 99.5% ;RSD was 0.55%.Conclusion ：The paints can be prepared simply and feasibly.The method of quality control is simple, rapid and accunate.
