摘要
以实验数据为基础,改造原溶解乙炔生产装置生产其替代产品乙炔-C3(Ap)气,装置运转近一年表明,改造设计合理,设备运转可靠,产品质量稳定,符合Q/MHSC01-1995标准,制造成本较原乙炔气下降10%,为金属切割、焊接等加工用气开拓了一条新路。
Based on the texperimental date , transformed original production facilties to produce Acetylene-C3(Ap).The production facilities have operated for a year. It make dear that the design transformed is rational, the facilities operate reliable, the produts quality steady. It is up to the Q1/MHSC0l-1995 standard. Produetion cost less 10 percent than original acetylene's. It open up a new way for welding and soldering.
