摘要
介绍了在内燃机上已成功应用的各种功能涂层,内燃机部件常用的热喷涂材料及其相应的工艺特点;讨论了这些保护涂层的工作机理、技术要点、质量控制及工件上涂层的精加工方法;对进一步开发热喷涂保护涂层在内燃机上的应用提出了建议。
The functional coatings used succesfully in internal combustion engine and thermal spraying materials commonly used on the parts of internal combustion engine as well as the properties of corresponding technology are introduced. The mechanisme and main points of the technique of the coatings, the quality control and finishing methodes of the coating on parts are discussed. The future development of the application of the protective coating on internal combustion engine is suggested.
