摘要
对F201加热保护涂料的防氧化脱碳性能进行了研究。实验表明,该涂料对45钢、40Cr钢、T8A钢、T10A钢、65Mn钢、渗碳20钢、GCr15钢等热处理加热能有效地防止氧化脱碳。加热后既可用油也可用水冷却,且表面光洁,热处理质量能达到令人满意的效果。
The properties of oxidation and decarbonisation prevention of F201 protective agent were studied. The tests indicate that the agent can provent effectively 45 steel, 40Cr steel, T8A steel, T10A steel, 65Mn steel, carbonized 20 steel, GCr 15 steel etc. from oxidation and carbonisation during heat treatment. After heating,both oil and water cooling can be used and the surface is clean ,the quality of heat treatment is satisfied.
