摘要
随着知识经济(新经济)时代的发展,“知识管理”应运而生。且在企业中发挥的作用也越来越大。今天,知识已被企业提升到战略资源的位置,企业家们采用知识管理势在必行。论述了企业知识管理的基本内涵及其与传统管理相比的特点,同时较为详细地介绍了知识管理的基本组成部分,并以此为基础进一步探讨了企业该如何卓有成效地实施知识管理。
With the development of the era of knowledge economy new economy, knowlege management comes into being land it plays a great role in enterprises. Today, knowledge has already been promoted to the position of the strategic resource by enterprises1 entrepreneurs adopt knowledge management imperatively. This paper expounds the basic intension of knowledge management in enterprises and the characteristics compared with traditional management. Based on a detailed introduction of the basic components of knowledge management, this paper deals with an efficient implementation of knowledge management in enterprises.
