摘要
研发了非晶态镍-磷镀层板式换热器在地热水中的耐蚀性能,经多种腐蚀介质中的腐蚀试验、地热水中的挂片试验以及整机现场试验的结果表明,该镀层能耐一般的地热水腐蚀,性能优于不锈钢,且其成本仅为不锈钢的1/2。
The corrosion resistance of amorphous Ni-P plated heat exchanger used in geothermal water environment was investigated, including both in situ and lab tests. The results showed that the corrosion performance of Ni-P coating is better than that of stainless steel.
