摘要
讨论了以次亚磷酸钠为还原剂的化学镀钴-磷合金镀液成份和施镀条件对沉积速度的影响,确定了化学镀钴-磷合金的工艺。
The effects of the bath compostion and operating conditions on depositing rate are discussed in this paper. Example is given on using sodium hypophosphate as reducing agent.
