摘要
近几年来,中国篮球因为受“奥运战略”和“全运金牌战略”的影响,忽略了篮球后备力量的培养,出现了严重的断层现象,这直接导致了中国篮球水平的严重滑坡,在这种情况下打破传统的人才培养模式,建立一套适合我国国情且行之有效的篮球后备人才培养体系就成为当务之急。学校是篮球后备力量培养的一块宝地,对中国篮球事业的兴衰起着至关重要的作用,因此,在学校中构建一条龙的“篮球后备人才资源库”势在必行。
Recently, Chinese baskethall field pays more attention to the stratagem Olympic ignoring the cultivation of mothball - people directly leading to the fault phenomena , which bring on the decline of the baskethall level, so it is an urgent affair to break the traditional pattern and build up effective adaptive system for cultivating the beskethall mothball - people, school which is the base of basketball mothball - people has an important role in baskethall development. It is imperative -nder the situation that establishes the resource of basketball mothball- people.
