摘要
体育大学生就业问题得不到解决,体育院校就面临生存的危机;同样作为用人单位,觅不到先进人才也同样面临生存的危机。我国是农业大国,农村素质教育问题得不到解决,直接影响我国经济的发展,解决大学生到农村就业是缓解大学生就业难,解决农村诸多方面发展滞后的当务之急。从人才供需的角度分析大学生就业难的原因,提出解决就业难的办法。
If the university students＇ employment question can not be solved, the P. E institutes will face the survival crisis. Similarly, if the employing unit can not look for the advanced talents, it also will face crisis, too. Our country is a large asricultural country, if the educational problem of rural quality can not be solved,it will influence the development if the economy direetkt.It us an urgent task to get the university students to the rural areas to relieve the difficulty of university students＇ employment.This paper puts forward some methods for the difficulty of the employment of university students in terms of the supply and demand of talents.
