摘要
为研究小肝细胞癌(SHCC)与大肝细胞癌(LHCC)细胞生物学特征的差异,采用QDA软件分析系统对11例SHCC和20例LHCC作DNA定量比较。结果显示,8例(72.7%)SHCC为二倍体细胞(2C)型,19例(95.0%)LHCC是异倍体(AN)型(P<0.01)。17例(85.0%)LHCC的DNA直方图为多峰曲线,而9例(81.8%)SHCC为单峰曲线(P<0.01)。结果表明,SHCC主要为单细胞克隆2C肝癌,而LHCC多为AN肝癌,且其细胞克隆以异质性表现为主。
To study the biologicaf characteristics of small hepatocellular carcinoma(SHCC) and large hepatocellular carcinoma(LHCC),the DNA centent of 11 SHCC and 20 LHCC was guantitatively determined by means of QDA-image analysis. The results showed that 8(72. 2%)SHCC had DNA cell line in diploid(2C),and 19(95. 0%) LHCC had DNA cell line in aneuploid(AN)(P<0. 01). The multipeak histogram of DNA content in LHCC was 85. 00%,but the single peak histogram in SHCC was 81. 80% (P<0.01 ). The results suggest that the majority of SHCC is monoclonal 2C cell line,and LHCC is mainly AN cell line with heterogeneity.
