摘要
均衡的营养对于人体的免疫力有着举足轻重的作用。大量研究表明,营养摄入不足,会导致机体功能失调、抗病能力下降,从而影响运动员的运动能力。因此,合理膳食不仅可以提高运动员的免疫机能,而且还有利于提高其运动能力。
Balancing nutrition plays an important role on human's immunity. Because sports can induce the body to lack nutrition, lots of studies indicate that lacking nutrition in diet will cause the chaos of human ' s function and reduce the ability of defence of disease, then it will influence the sports ability of athletes. So reasonable diet will not only improve the immunity of athletes, but also improve their sports ability.
