摘要
目的比较发酵面外敷,皮硝外敷和传统热敷方法对产后乳房过度充盈的治疗效果。方法选择2003年3月～2005年4月产后乳胀的产妇共60例,其中60例乳房采用发酵面外敷为实验1组,30例乳房采用皮硝外敷为实验2组,30例乳房采用传统方法(热敷)为实验3组,观察3组24h内乳胀消退情况及乳汁排出量。结果①乳胀消退有效率:实验1组75.0%,实验2组93.3%,对照组20.0%;两实验组与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01),两实验组之间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。②乳汁排出量:实验1组为(46.5±13.5)ml/次,实验2组为(50.7±11.4)ml/次,对照组为(19.0±5.0)ml/次。两实验组与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。两实验组之间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论发酵面外敷疗法和皮硝外敷疗法对产后排乳不畅所致乳胀均有明显疗效,皮硝更优。
Objective To find the effective treatment of postpartum breast overfilling. Methods During the period from March. 2003 to April. 2005, 60 postpartum women with breast distension were randomly divided into three groups. The first group consisted of 60 breasts treated with paste of ferment flour. The second group consisted of 30 breasts treated with Pixiao. Thirty breasts treated by the conventional way （hot compress ＋ massage ＋ sucking） served as control group. Subsidence of distension and lacteal output in the three groups were closely observed for 24 hours. Results Effective subsidence of distension in the three groups were 75.0 %, 93.3% and 20.0%, respectively. There was significant difference between the experimental groups and the control group. There was also significant difference between the two experimental groups. The lacteal output each time was （46.5 ± 13.5）ml,（50.7 ±11.4）ml and （19.0 ± 5.0）ml respectively in the 3 groups. The two experimental groups had significant difference compared with the control group. But there was no difference between the two experimental groups. Conclusion The two therapies had significant curative effect on postpartum breast distension due to non-fluent lacfeal output, especially the PiXiao therapy.
