摘要
目的探讨严重创伤患者的急救护理管理模式。方法2002年起,对损伤严重程度计分(ISS)为25分～54分的严重创伤患者实施一体化的急救护理管理方法,在一体化的结构布局与设备配置下,建立一体化的急救护理管理网络,建立一支相对独立、稳定的急救护理队伍,成立抢救小组,制定一体化的抢救制度与程序。结果采用一体化急救管理方法后,创伤合并失血性休克的抢救成功率94.2%,合并昏迷的抢救成功率89.4%,合并呼吸困难的抢救成功率90.8%,合并3个以上脏器损伤的抢救成功率86.1%,抢救成功率逐年提高,并且培养了一批优秀护理人才。结论建立一体化的抢救程序和急诊管理制度,保障了绿色通道的畅通,使严重创伤患者的抢救成功率不断上升,取得良好的社会效益。
Objective To study first aid nursing management pattern of severely injured patients. Methods To use unified first aid nursing in the management of severely injured patients with ISS from 25 point to 54 point by establishing a nursing management network and a relatively fixed nursing force, working according to the unified first aid system and procedure. Results After using the unified nursing management, the successful rescue rate of wounded patients with severe blood loss has reached 94.2 %, while that of patients in coma was 89.4% ,that of patients with respiratory distress 90.8% ,and that of patients with muhi-organ damage 86.1%. The successful rescue rate is still rising every year. Condusion The unified first aid nursing management has simplified and updated the first aid procedure and management system, and increased the successful rescue rate thus ensuring the patent green path.
