摘要
社会需要什么样的文秘人才?目前的就业形势下如何合理地调整文秘专业课程设置以适应社会的需求?本文就此对文秘专业毕业生进行了问卷调查和访谈,分析了高职院校在文秘课程设置上的不足,提出文秘专业应强调课程性质的“实用性”、增强人才培养的“企业性”、突出教学过程的“实践性”三点建议。
What kinds of secretaries do our society need? How to adjust properly the curricula of secretary major as to meet the demand of nowadays society under current employment circumstances? Based on the questionnaires of the graduates of secretary major, this paper analyzes the deficiency of curricula arrangement of secretary major in vocational colleges and tables three proposals: emphasizing the "practicability" of curricula, strengthening the "industrialization" of talent cultivation and stressing the "practice" of teaching process.
