一、作业场所的燃烧与爆炸性 1.粉末静电喷涂与静电喷漆爆燃的危险性粉末涂料和油漆是属于两类不同性质的爆炸物质,其燃爆特点、危险性、危害程度及预防措施均大有区别。它是喷涂工程设计,特别是电气设计的最重要的原始依据,因此有必要对静电喷粉和静电喷漆两种工艺的燃爆危险性进行比较。下表是油漆与粉末爆炸危险性的比较。
The risk of the inflammation and explosion of two paints is compared. The division of the dangerous area of powder electrostatic spraying and the characters of powder and dust explosion are described. The causes of the risk of dust toxicity, the inflammation and explosion at the operation site, their characters and the appropriate measures that should be taken are emphatically analysed.
