摘要
目的探讨形状记忆双向张力钩(记忆张力钩)内固定治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法对31例髌骨粉碎性骨折患者,采用记忆张力钩内固定,早期功能锻炼。结果术后随访6～28个月, 所有患者骨折均愈合,膝关节功能满意,记忆张力钩无松动或断裂。优良率达96.8%(30例)。结论记忆张力钩固定简便可靠,愈合率高,是治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的较佳选择。
Objective To investigates the effects of the tension memory hook on treating the comminuted patella fracture. Methods 31 patients with comminuted patella fracture were treated by the tension memory hook, And practiced the function of the knee joint in early days. Results All the patients were followed-up 6 to 28 months. The treatment results were satisfactory in 96.8% （30 cases）. All of these 31 cases had solid bony fusion without the tension memory hook loosen to move or split, The function of the knee joint were satisfactory. Conclusion The method is good for fixing the comminuted patella fracture, the fixation is reliable and Simple, the Completely recovered rate is high.
