摘要
本研究应用流式细胞光度术对１４例人食管鳞癌手术切除标本的癌、癌旁组织和正常食管上皮细胞进行细胞动力学和细胞ＤＮＡ含量分析。结果表明；处于Ｓ期癌细胞的数量明显高于癌旁细胞和正常食管上皮细胞；癌细胞ＤＩ值明显高于癌旁细胞。因此，应用流式细胞光度术作癌和癌旁细胞核的ＤＮＡ分析，对于食管鳞癌的临床诊断有一定的帮助。
Cellular DNA content and cell cycle of espohageal epithelium,peri-cancer tissues and cancer tissues in the carcinoma of the esophagus were analyzed by Flow Cytometry(FCM).The results showed that the ratios of cell number in S phases in cancer group were significantly higher than that of pert-cancer group and that of normal esophageal epithelium group,respectively.The value of DNA index in cancer group was significantly higher than that in pert-cancer group.Therefore,cancer cellular DNA content measured by FCM was conducive to clinical diagnosis.
