目标管理是现代企业管理中一种先进的管理制度和方法。本文通过在建筑施工质量管理中施行和运用,探索在市场经济体制下,工程施工管理如何从质量目标的设计出发进行科学的目标管理,以达到预期的质量目标。
Object management is an advanced management system and method in modern enterprise management. According to quality management practice at site construction, at the condition of the market economy, in order to achieve the anticipant quality object, design and management of quality object in construction manaqement is introduced in this article from a new angle of view.
