摘要
加强建设工程造价管理,控制和合理确定工程造价是每个投资者关心的重要内容。本文通过建设单位对项目实施阶段四个环节的造价管理,说明项目实施阶段的工程造价管理是实施建设工程全过程管理的重点。
It is the important content for each investor to care about that strengthening management for Construction cost of the construction projects, controlling and reasonably determining construction cost. Through management construction cost in four links of project implemen- tation stage for construction unit, this paper explains that the construction cost management in the project implementation stage is the key point in implementation the construction project entire processing.
