摘要
外墙渗水是质量通病中的一种顽疾,它需要材料、设计、施工、使用各方面的综合治理。本文通过外墙渗水的现状调查、分析,简述了渗水的机理,介绍了外墙常见部位渗水治理的实践经验做法,提出了一些建议和改进措施。
The external wall seepage is one of common quality faults which could not be easily resolved in building engineering. Treatment of it must take materials, design, construction process, utilization into account systemically. On the basis of survey and analyzing the situation of the problem, the article proposes whys of seepage of external wall, introduces the treatment of it at the place it often present itself on external wall, and brings forward some advice and improvement measures to prevent seepage of external wall.
