摘要
为了检测沉积坯尺寸,提出了采用2个模板尺寸不同的Zernike矩亚像素边缘算子进行边缘检测的方法。首先推导了2套Zernike矩模板,3×3模板用于快速粗检测边缘,7×7模板用于重新精确定位边缘。试验结果表明,该算法具有检测速度快和定位精度高的双重优点,沉积坯尺寸检测的平均运行时间为0.11 s,最大相对误差为0.67%,可为未来沉积坯尺寸实时控制提供准确的反馈数据。
A method for detecting the edge of deposit preform by two Zernike moments operators with different mask was presented. Based on Zernike moments, two masks of different size were calculated. The Zernike moments operator with masks of 3×3 size was used to fast detect all probable edge points, and the Zernike moments operator with masks of 7×7 size was used to accurately relocate the edge. The testing result shows that the proposed method has advantages of short running time and high location accuracy. The average running time of new edge detection is 0.11 s, and the maximum relative error of deposit dimension is no more than 0.67 %. On-line feedback data for size control of deposit preform can be provided by this method.
