摘要
研究了外腔式KGd(WO4)2Raman激光器在红外纳秒脉冲抽运下的输出特性,通过改变KGd(WO4)2晶体的方位,实验得到了1 159 nm1、178 nm1、272 nm和1 317 nm 4个波长的红外Raman激光输出。波长为1 159 nm和1 178 nm的一阶Stokes脉冲的最大输出能量分别为23.9 mJ和19.2 mJ,相应的转换效率分别为34.8%和28%;波长为1 272 nm和1 317 nm的二阶Stokes脉冲的最大输出能量分别为17.6 mJ和15.2 mJ,相应的转换效率分别为28.1%和22.7%。
The output properties of an external resonator KGd(WO4)2 Raman laser pumped by nanosecond infrared pulses are studied. By changing the location of the KGd(WO4)2 crystal, Raman lasers with four wavelengths in the infrared region were generated including 1 159 nm, 1 178 nm, 1 272 nm and 1 317 nm. The obtained maximum output energies of the first Stokes pulses at 1 159 nm and 1 178 nm are 23.9 mJ and 19.2 mJ, respectively, and the corresponding conversion efficiencies are 34.8 % and 28 %, respectively. The obtained maximum output energies of the second Stokes pulses at 1 272 nm and 1 317 nm are 17.6 mJ and 15.2 mJ, respectively, and the corresponding conversion efficiencies are 28.1 % and 22.7 %, respectively.
