摘要
为保证粗纱的质量,新型粗纱机中的四个电机必须协调运转。为此,系统采用了四个变频调速电机,并使用电机速度闭环和粗纱张力闭环的双层闭环控制,同时利用专家控制策略来解决纺纱过程中粗纱卷绕模型不精准和系统参数变化等问题,从而大大提高了系统的鲁棒性,成功实现了四个电机在系统启动、稳态、停止阶段速度的良好同步控制。
In order to produce high quality roving, the four motors in new type of fly frames have to be controlled coordinately. For this purpose, four variable frequency motors and dual layer closed loop control are adopted. It consists of motor speed closed loop and roving tension closed loop control. At the same time, the problems of inaccurate of model of roving winding and variation of system parameters are resolved by using expert control strategies. So the robustness of system is drastically improved, and speed synchronization of four motors is successfully realized during the period of starup, stable operation, and shutdown.
