摘要
本文结合大连航空宾馆外墙干挂石材饰面改造,同时进行外围护结构节能改造的工程实践,分析既有建筑节能改造的技术及经济指标,探讨寒冷地区既有建筑节能改造的技术方案。
Combined with the outer wall surface reconstruction by dry-hanging stone and the practice of enclosure improving for energy saving of Dalian Aviation Hotel, Technology and economical index of energy saving reconstruction for existing buildings was analyzed. The author also discussed the technology plan for energy saving improving for existing buildings in cold areas.
