多层传动带芯剑杆织机的系列设计

摘要 多层和阔幅是当前输送带整体带芯的发展方向,它不仅适用于煤矿,也适用于工矿、港口等处。本组近年来设计制造了生产这类产品的剑杆织机,分两个系列,将就其打纬、引剑、送径、开口几个方面作系列介绍。本文着重对打纬、引剑机构设计作介绍,它对设计这类织机有普遍意义。 It is an orientation of development for the conveyer belt rapier loom weaving multi layer fabrics with wider reed space, which can meet the need of the usage at the ore and mine as well as at the harbour. Recently, we designed a series of such rigid rapier looms. Generally, it can be classified into two kinds -the narrower and the wider. We introduced especially the designing of the beat up, the rapier drive, the shedding motion and the let off devices etc. Calculation of the beat up and rapier drive devices are also introduced.
