摘要
用红外光谱法研究了六次甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)和聚丁二醇(PTMG)以二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL)为催化剂、于环已酮中反应生成脂肪族聚氨酯的反应动力学,求出了反应级数、反应速率常数及活化能,并确定了反应的动力学方程。
The reaction kinetics of hexamethylene梔iisocyanate (HDI) with polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) was investigated by IR method with cyclohexanone as solvent and dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst. The kinetic parameters such as reaction order, rate constants and apparent activation energy are obtained. In the presence of the catalyst, it is assumed that a triple complex may exist in the reaction process. The results inferred from this assumption coincide with those of the experiments. The kinetic equation is established.
