摘要
审视了当前企业文化以人为本的理论局限性,提出构筑企业文化以人为本的新理念:前提设定为高瞻远瞩的“超越自我人”,主体嬗变为一切致力于企业发展的人,客体之我为现实的人类社会,激励方式为内外激励的统一战线,价值取向为超越利润的人的全面发展。
The article shows us the new ideal of corporate culture on science-oriented development. The premise hypothesis takes a long-range approach "surmounts self- person ". The main body evolution devotes the persons for enterprise development. The object is the reality human society. The incentive way gives everyone to make greater efforts. Value orientation is person's comprehensive development surmounting profits.
