摘要 250只30~32周龄、体重基本一致的健康产蛋珍珠鸡,随机均分为5组,每组设10个重复,每个重复5只鸡。1个对照组(Ⅰ组),蛋氨酸水平为0.27%,4个试验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组)。各组蛋氨酸添加量分别为0、0.05%、0.10%、0.15%、0.20%,每组基础日粮相同,试验期3个月。试验结果表明:日粮中添加适宜的蛋氨酸不仅能够显著提高产蛋量和蛋重,而且还能提高饲料报酬,同时种蛋的孵化性能也有所提高;珍珠鸡产蛋期日粮中最适宜的蛋氨酸水平为0.42%。 Two hundred and fifty 30 - 32 weeks old healthy laying keets were randomly divided into 5 groups,each included 10 replicates and one replicate with 5 keets.One was control group (Group Ⅰ ),methionine content was 0.27 %, the other four groups were experimental groups(Group Ⅱ ,Ⅲ , Ⅳ and Ⅴ ),which were supplemented with 0.05 %,0.10 % ,0.15 % ,0.20 % methionine in basic diets,and the experiment lasted three months.The results showed that adding proper methionine to laying keets diets could not only increase egg output and weight,but also increase hatching function of breeding egg.The most feasible methionine content in diets for laying keets was 0.42 %.
