摘要
利用^(13)C-NMR技术(BB、DEPT、门控去偶)确定了δ-二氢大马酮类香料的分子结构,讨论了空间构型和屏蔽作用对δ_c的影响,并初步得出了区别第(Ⅰ)类和第(Ⅱ)类异构体的特征参数。
Molecular structure of the δ-Damascenes were defined by 13C-NMR technique ( BB, DEPT, Gated decoupling). The influence space configuration and shielding effect on δc was discussed, and primary characteristic parameters distinguishing isomer (Ⅰ) from (Ⅱ)have been obtained.
