摘要
乳白玻璃酒瓶是很受消费者欢迎的一种包装瓶。机械化生产氟乳白玻璃酒瓶的厂家国内为数不多,在山东省尚属空白。为了开发适销对路的包装瓶,我们克服了种种困难,初步掌握了机械化生产氟乳白玻璃瓶的基本规律。
The author presented the industrial pilot teat of fully mechanized production for fluoride opal glass containers. This article discussed the job change from clear glass to opal glass, the adjustment of working properties of the glass and of batch preparation, melting process, forming process and annealing process. Practical experience shows that the physical and chemical properties, the appearance of machine-made opal glass containers and their economic profit are much better than those of hand-made opal glass bottles. This experiment can be referred by those who are interested in it.
