摘要
一、绪言 在高温工程中,陶瓷构件往往受到与其本征的脆性和较差的抗热震性不相适应的机械应力和热应力的威胁。其原因在于陶瓷缺乏足以松弛应力的塑性,它仅能依靠裂纹成核和扩展所新生的表面来分散热震导出的弹性应变能贮量。一系列关于陶瓷热震问题的研究。
The character of thermal shock fracture resistance of ceramics has been discussed in terms of thermal elasticity theory. The ability to resist thermal shock damage of these materials has been analysed in accordance with fracture mechanics in view of energy balance.The mechanical properties and the tendency of strength degradation after thermal shock treatment for a series of .high temperature structural ceramics (Al2O3-Si3N4, ZrO3) and of refractories (SiC, mullite-corundum) have been investigated. The behaviours of thermal crack propagation have been analysed, and the presence of different manners of crack propagation has been found.
