摘要
碳化砖以电石渣(也“称电石泥”)、粉煤灰、炉渣和石粉等工业废渣为主要原料,经过配料、压制成型和碳化以后,得到强度等级为MU10～MU20的碳化制品。碳化砖与其他非烧结砖相比,具有强度高、后期强度随时间增长而增长的优点,碳化砖的抗冻性和抗风化性能优异,不会产生硅酸盐砖常见的收缩问题,成为消纳工业废渣、利废节能的好产品。文章详细论述了碳化砖的原料、碳化原理、生产工艺流程、主要的生产设备以及生产中应当注意的问题。同时对新建碳化砖生产线的投资估算及经济效益进行了分析。
The carbon brick is made of industrial wastes, such as, carbide slag, fly ash, slag and rock powder. Comparing with other unfired brick, the carbide brick has higher strength （MU10～MU20） which increases with time, good frost resistance and weatherproof which ensures no shrinkage. The paper details the raw material for producing carbon brick, carbonizing theory, process, main equipment and problems occurred in production. Finally, analyzes the estimated invest and economic benefit for constructing a carbon brick production line.
