摘要
显象管玻璃产生微小气泡的因素众多,本文只对玻璃在池窑中熔化、澄清和均化过程中的料山、山落线、泡界线的位置和形状,澄清均化后的玻璃液进入供料通道后的工艺因素与产生微小气泡的关系进行初步分析。
Bubble is a common defect of TV tube glass. Based upon his experience the author analysed the position and shape of batch pile, pile-collapseline and foam line in melting area. The influence of the material, the installation precision and the operating oharacterstics of orifice, revolving tube, and plunger on the formation of bubble was also investigated. Some improvements on management have been proposed in order to discover the forming behaviour of bubble, and then to eliminate this defect accordingly.
