摘要
随着以麻醉科医生为指导，疼痛护士为基础的术后镇痛管理模式的建立，护士逐渐参与到术后镇痛的机制中，使围术期的护理更加完整。本文介绍了疼痛护士在术后急性镇痛服务中的作用，职责和应有的素质要求，为今后急性疼痛服务机构的完善提供参考。
Nurses participate in postoperative pain management after the establishment of anaesthetist supervised and nurse-based acute pain service And it makes perianesthetic nursing more complete. This article introduces nurses＇ role and responsibility in acute pain service.
