摘要
与开腹胆囊切除手术（OC）相比，腹腔镜胆囊切除手术（LC）可以明显减轻对内分泌，全身炎症反应，免疫系统及肺功能的影响。而对下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响尚存在争议，同时，手术当中应采取必要的措施，维持血液动力学稳定，LC后疼痛治疗也是一个不容忽视的问题。
Compared with open cholecystectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy results in significantly less effects on endocnne response, systemic inflammatory reaction, immune system and pulmonary function. There is a controversy over the relation between LC and the frequency of deep venous thrombosis. Meanwhile, the effective measures must be taken to maintain stable hemodynamics. After LC, analgesic treatment is a problem that can＇t be neglected.
