Study on the Core Glass in MCP Produced by Solid Core Process

摘要 一、引言 微通道板是一种电子放大元件。它可以对电子、离子、紫外辐射和X射线进行探测,因此,广泛地应用于象增强器、 Micro channel plate(MCP) is produced by solid core process, in which the core glass is eventually removed by acid solution. This paper has studied the core glass in MCP to suit the practical use. Electronic conductive V2O5 is introduced to compensate the insufficiency of resistance when core glass is not fully solved, and SiO2 is added to insure that geometrical size of MCP is not deformed in order that all the sequent manufacturing processes can be carried on successfully. The core glass has already been in practical use and has prov.ed to be satisfactory. The composition designs of core glass have also been discussed.
