摘要
腹腔镜手术因其切口小、损伤少、出血少、恢复快等优点而广泛用于临床,但术后易发生下肢静脉血栓形成及肺栓塞等血栓性并发症。现就腹腔镜手术引起下肢静脉淤滞、血液凝固性改变和血管内皮损伤的原因及所采取的护理措施做一综述。
Laparoscopic operation is widely performed clinically because of many advantages of it such as small incision, little impairment, minor bleeding, and relatively rapid recovery. However, there were some reports about complications of it such as lower extremity phlebothrombosis and lung embolism. This article just reviewed both the causes of venous blood stasis, coagulability changes and intravascular endothelial injury of lower extremity, and corresponding nursing countermeasures toward it.
