摘要
分析了体育教育专业毕业生求职期间的焦虑状况及其影响因素.通过对有关学生进行状态-特质焦虑的问卷调查与访谈,得到如下结果:体育教育专业毕业生的状态-特质焦虑(STAI)得分高于非毕业生,呈非常显著性差异(P<0.01);毕业生群体中,高焦虑者占5.05%;总体显示情绪不愉快,但并未呈现出极度紧张不安状态.毕业生焦虑状态的成因在于求职过程中学历、专项、人际关系等因素的影响.大多数体育教育专业毕业生能面对现实调整自己的心态;对少数高焦虑者,有关部门及教育工作者应予以重视.
It is in order to research on anxiety condition of the graduate physical education students in the time for jobs and the influential facts.To use the STAI （State-trait anxiety inventory）to measure.And discuss with the students about the questions for jobs.The result indication that the STAI of the graduate physical education students were more serious than others,and it is different significantly （P 〈0.01） , the higher anxiety is 5.05% .The conclusion is that the anxiety was caused by diplorma, major, relationship and so on,the psychological health of the graduate physical education students are well.
