摘要
在全球化的背景下,产业集群成为推动地方经济蓬勃发展的一个重要方面。本文探讨了政府如何对产业集群的形成和发展起到好作用,及在产业集群发展的不同阶段,政府应有的作用和行为。
Industrial cluster, in the present background of globalization, has become the propeller of the development of a regional economy. Government, especially local government place a crucial role in cluster, and their function and behavior in different stage should be correspondently different.
